Frank is a lifetime resident of Zanesville, Ohio.

He is married to Amy, who is his business partner. They have three children, Jared, Lacey, and Justin, and nine grandchildren, Lexi, Lillie, Ben, Carley, Evan, Olivia, Sophie, Colton, and Maverick.

A recognized leader in Southeastern Ohio for his volunteerism, Frank Dosch has also been a significant contributor to local philanthropic causes. Frank feels he has been blessed with a great clientele and business and has chosen to give back to his community through his time, treasures, and talents.

Frank enjoys hunting and trapping, reading, mowing, and adventure traveling around the world with Amy. Their favorite vacations, however, are the annual NPA vacations…that’s Frank and Amy and their grandkids (NPA=No Parents Allowed!).

Frank's broad business experience extends beyond personal financial planning; for over 40 years he has also owned & operated an employee benefits firm, The Forker Company, as well as sat on the Board of Directors of a $3 billion community bank for over 13 years. It is knowledge gained from involvements such as these that provide well-rounded advice and guidance to his clients.

Personal

Born & raised in Muskingum County, Jared also “grew up” in the business. His father, Frank Dosch, started with Northwestern Mutual in 1979, and as a kid Jared attended conferences with him (what a vacation!), did odd jobs around the office, and became an intern during college. The connection between Northwestern Mutual and the Dosch family runs deeper than trips to Milwaukee or mowing grass on Grove Road--Jared is a proud 4th generation Northwestern Mutual client, and the tradition carries on today to the 5th generation with his children.

When not in the office, Jared loves being outdoors. On his wooded property he enjoys checking trail cameras and hunting with his kids, riding their UTV, running chainsaws and clearing brush, and practicing forestry conservation techniques. When the rare opportunity presents itself, he loves traveling with his wife.

He resides in Nashport with his wife (also his high school sweetheart), Sarah, and their three children: Ben, Evan, and Olivia.

Being a part of the community that’s given him so much, Jared also believes in giving back and helping out. He is involved with the following organizations:

Professional

Jared Dosch started with Northwestern Mutual through the Internship Program while he was in college. Upon graduation, Jared became a Full-Time Financial Representative. Since then, he has devoted himself to offering his clients world-class service. Jared believes in continuing education, to stay current and relevant in today's changing marketplace. Upon completion of a comprehensive curriculum on financial and insurance topics, along with a series of written exams, The American College awarded Jared Dosch the CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation.

Jared has also taken the extra step to demonstrate his professionalism by voluntarily submitting to the rigorous CFP® certification process that includes demanding education, examination, experience, and ethical requirements. These standards are called “the four Es,” and they are four important reasons why the financial planning practitioner you select should display the CFP® certification marks. In addition, Jared is passionate about assisting families with special needs. He understands the importance of balancing the complex needs and goals of a family – from retirement to education funding along with the needs of a loved one with special needs. That is why he also worked to earn the Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®) designation from The American College.

Part of Jared's service is ensuring that his clients have access to his professional network, such as bankers, attorneys, accountants, realtors, etc.

Greg joined Dosch Wealth Management in 2022. After spending 15 years in local retail banking, specializing in the areas of consumer and commercial lending, Greg was ready to develop the next step of his career into helping his clients and their families plan for their lifelong goals.

Greg has been a 30-year resident of the Zanesville area, attended Tri-Valley Schools and Ohio University, and is an active member of the Zanesville Daybreak Rotary. Greg previously served as a United Way loaned executive and a member of the Zanesville Host Lions Club.

Greg is active in our community volunteering with groups such as the National Wild Turkey Federation and the Real Money- Real World simulation program in local schools. Greg resides in Zanesville with his wife Katie, and his son Nick.

Amy Dosch is responsible for all bookkeeping, financial statements, licensing, office administration, and is a Notary Public. After attending Ohio University, Amy spent 18 years in Retail Management where she spent many of those years as a Director with Victoria’s Secret Stores, Limited Brands. She joined Dosch Wealth Management in 2000. An active member of Grace United Methodist Church, Amy serves as a Trustee and is on the Grace Foundation Board. She is a member of the Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce. Amy resides in Zanesville with her husband, Frank. They have three children, Jared, Lacey, and Justin. The joy of her life is her family, especially her nine grandchildren, Lexi, Lillie, Benjamin, Carley, Evan, Olivia, Sophie, Colton and Maverick.

Tina Spires graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Prior to joining Dosch Wealth Management in 2018, Tina spent 17 years in purchasing and bookkeeping for a local family-owned business. She resides in Zanesville with her husband, Scott, and their son, Blake.

Ginger Howell attended Mid-East Ohio Career and Technology Center. Prior to joining Dosch Wealth Management in 2021, Ginger spent 6 years as a Financial/Treatment Coordinator in the dental field. Ginger enjoys the outdoors, sports, and spending time with her family. Ginger resides in Duncan Falls with her husband, Matt and their two children, Hailey, and Jacob.

Matt Schreiber graduated from Muskingum College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, and with minors in Business and Economics. Matt joined Dosch Wealth Management in 2002. He obtained his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designations from The American College and is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and the Columbus Association of Health Underwriters (CAHU). He is a Member of the Genesis HealthCare System Advisory Board, a member of the Zanesville Noon Rotary Club, Past President of the Eastside Community Ministry Board of Directors, Past President of the Zanesville Jaycees, Past Board Member of the Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce, and a Past Member of the Muskingum County Community Foundation Council. Matt is a certified group cycling and fitness instructor as well as an avid runner, an Ironman triathlete and enjoys golf. Matt resides in Zanesville with his children, Maddex & Ansli.

Mike West obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Marietta College. Prior to joining Dosch Wealth Management in 1995, Mike owned his own business from 1987 to 1995. He obtained his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College. Mike resides in Zanesville with his wife, Paula. They have two sons, Brett, and Ryan and three granddaughters and one grandson.

Abby Hittle attended Mid-East Ohio Career and Technology Center. Prior to joining Dosch Wealth Management in 2006, Abby spent ten years serving her clients as a licensed cosmetologist. A member of North Terrace Church of Christ, Abby volunteers with the youth and serves as a greeter. Abby resides in Zanesville with her husband, Matt. They have two sons, Brandon and Levi, and a daughter, Kiley.

Deanne Lear graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Human Behavior. Prior to joining Dosch Wealth Management in 2022, Deanna working in the insurance industry for a year. She also spent 12 years in the education field and over 10 years in marketing and management. She resides in Zanesville with her husband, Joe, and they have two children, Brandon and Haleigh, and a grandson, Korbin.
